My AC stopped cooling recently, so I contacted Advanced Cooling at night after 9:30. Early the next morning, their office called me to check on the issue and scheduled an appointment. Colton called and arrived two hours earlier than scheduled. He found the problem quickly and fixed the AC in a timely manner. Colton was professional, kind, and eager to help. I absolutely recommend Advanced Cooling if you have any AC issues!

I was super stressed when my AC went out — we had family arriving from out of town the next day. I called a few places but no one answered. When I called Advanced, a super sweet lady picked up and assured me they would take care of me — and that’s exactly what they did. The service technician even arrived two hours earlier than expected. My AC went out the night before, and Jose was there first thing in the morning to resolve the issue. He provided excellent service and took the time to educate me about my AC system and how the defective part failed. He also offered multiple savings options through their membership plan, as well as more affordable part options that lowered the overall cost. Thank you, Advanced Cooling! My AC compressor went out, and after multiple attempts to repair it, Advanced Cooling worked with Amana to get a full warranty replacement. They even sent a driver to a shipping warehouse in Fort Worth on a Friday afternoon to pick up the unit when they learned the shipment had been delayed — all to keep their commitment to restore our service. Our tech, Colton, was awesome. He’s just a great person, and he stayed late on a Friday evening (until 8:30 p.m.) to ensure the new system was installed and working correctly.
